Step 2 of the lifting treatment. The ViBrowLash Lift Neutralizer Lotion helps to lock lash and brow hairs into place while gently hydrating the hair. Thoughtfully formulated, this lotion includes cetearyl alcohol, but don’t let the word “alcohol” fool you. Cetearyl alcohol is a hydrating fatty alcohol that hydrates, softens, and conditions hair. Additionally, this neutralizer utilizes hydrogen peroxide rather than sodium bromate. Vegan certified by The Vegan Society. Cruelty-free. 10 Sachets / 1.5 mL each.
